Mark you calendars. Today is the day that I eat my words and swallow my pride. I posted Soulja Boy on the blog after YEARS of vowing that his "music" would never see its way to my blog. I've got some explaining to do, eh?
I'll keep it simple. Young L is one of my favorite up and coming rappers. Young L is also one of my favorite producers, ever. The fact that he produced this tape and also spits his usual cold verses throughout the tape has allowed Soulja to ride L's coat tail all the way to the blog.
This tape is worth a listen.
Young L is the most underrated artist/producer in the game. No doubt.
Buddy James, formerly known as Jesse James, puts out some very nice tracks. He's one of those do it all artists that we wish we had more of.
I know this song has been out for a minute but I just wanted to post it so some of you can get on this Young L shit. I dig it!
